The Ibis Joinville Hotel is always my favorite when I go to Joinville. It is very well located, the staff is attentive and friendly, good breakfast, the room has a good bed and is very clean.

Muito limitado.

Os únicos pontos positivos são o café da manhã, a simpatia e a boa educação das funcionárias do café da manhã e a localização. No caso, tinha ar condicionado sujo e antigo, não tinha toalha de rosto, colchão da cama muito fino e duro, funcionárias que nos receberam sem educação, apática e não forneceram informações básicas, lençol que parecia não ter sido lavado e não tinha dois travesseiros por pessoa.

Atendimento muito devagar, falta agilidade! Cozinha fraca, pedi uma pizza de marguerita que veio sem tomate, questionei falei q não era marguerita, eles afirmaram que era. Cama ruim, a luz do banheiro somente uma acendia e ainda ficava piscando.
