The local shops, post office, bank, bus station, fair and everything you may need are within walking distance.
To get to Cachoeira and UFRB, just cross the imperial bridge "Dom Pedro II" and following a few more blocks, you will arrive in the region of bars and restaurants, often with live music.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. In the bedroom there is a queen bed which, upon request, can be converted to two single beds.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate a couple.
The apartment is equipped with bed and bath linen, and the kitchen has fridge, stove with oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee maker and blender, as well as shallow and deep plates, cutlery, glasses, cups etc.
The communal terrace is equipped with a bathroom, fridge, tables and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the river and the surrounding area.
The communal laundry room is equipped with 2 washing machines and one for drying clothes.
