This was the third year we stayed at the Villa Clio and we can't wait to go back. We had a room at the front looking over the pool which was perfect. It is quiet, easy to relax in and your room is serviced daily by the always cheerful staff. The air con and room safe are at no extra charge. The pool is cleaned every day and is great to cool off. Stella and Mixalis the owners put towels out on the sunbeds which is great. Pool bar service is available through the day. The breakfast is filling - fruit, boiled egg, cheese and ham toastie, toast and preserves and a piece of cake with orange juice and tea/coffee. You don't need anything else to eat for hours! The sea / beach is 4-5 minutes stroll away.

I spent few days at Villa Clio in August at 200€ per night, way too expensive. Not worth more than 70€ per night. Swimming pool area was OK hence the 3 stars. Poor breakfast. The beach was only 7 minutes walk. Rooms were ok size for Santorini. Would not prefer for couples. Too far from everything

We arrived on the local bus and asked the conductor to drop us off at the Santa Irini Bakery. It’s then just a walk down the lane to Villa Clio. It’s in really quiet countryside so it’s about 5 minutes to the beach and the same to the main road. We were welcomed by the family and shown to our room which was No9 and on the top floor just as I had asked. We had a view over the pool and you could see the sea in the distance. The bed was very big and soft. We had air-con, a hairdryer, a safe and also a ceiling fan. The room was clean and had enough storage. The towels, clean every day were very stiff and starchy though as were the bedsheets. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was very good. It was lovely sitting round the pool in the sunshine having breakfast. We each had a cheese/ham toastie, a hard boiled egg, lovely fresh bread with butter and a choice of jam, tinned peach, cake and orange juice with tea or coffee. The pool was lovely and there were always enough sunbeds available. The family were friendly and helpful and the location was nice and quiet. The price we paid was an absolute bargain and we would return if possible

Having done Santorini last year on a much larger budget we decided to try and do Santorini on a lower budget this time round. Due to the very low price of Villa Clio we had minimal expectations of the place. All we really wanted was somewhere comfortable and clean to sleep. It certainly ticked both of those boxes. The host family were very lovely and always willing to help with any requests or advice suchs as they allowed us a later checkout on our final day as we had evening flights. The grounds, pool and bar area were spotless and well maintained. The room was suprisingly spacious and cleaned to a high standard daily. The bed was not the most comfortable but was okay. The aircon worked very well. The location we enjoyed as it meant we always had a 5 minute walk to the front no matter what our plans were for the day. It was also a similar walk to the main back road which we found useful. When you get to the front, you are pretty much halfway between Perissa and Perivolos so you have a good choice to go left or right. We will be returning to Villa Clio for 2018 and are already very much looking forward to it!

We stayed at Villa Clio for 11 nights and we personally loved it. We went with another couple and found the friendly, intimate, family run, cosy atmosphere of Villa Clio exactly the base we were looking for. The optional breakfast (6€ pp) they provide was perfectly adequate but if you preferred something different there was an excellent 24hr bakery and a reasonably sized supermarket within 5-10 minute walk. The main bars, restaurants and beach are also within 5-10 minute strolling distance. The rooms are basic and of a standard expected for the price you pay. We loved the relaxed and friendly style of the owners and their family who run everything between them but note that they are not on site 24hrs. The only room for improvement in our eyes would be their sun beds could do with modernising (the sun beds on the beach were so comfortable in comparison) and the bathroom shower curtain was nothing short of annoying! One for thing we know for certain is that should we ever want a Greek island getaway holiday then Villa Clio in Perissa, Santorini will now always be our first choice but note, there is no entertainment for kids and no loud music. This place is all about peace, tranquility and providing a perfect base for enjoying the Greek hospitality and exploring Santorini. (Hiring a car for at least a few days is recommended)

Small, traditional, family-run place, a few minutes walk from the beach. Rooms are basic but air-conditioned. Service is friendly, and there is a pool area. Not much in the way of food, but a continental breakfast is served by the pool. Plenty of restaurants at the beach. Pretty good value for Santorini.

Great little hotel 200m from the beach with helpful staff and super comfortable beds.Perfect pool with adequate sun beds and pool bar with cheap drinks. All the staff were helpful and professional. The rooms were basic but had cold air conditioning and a nice patio , overall a nice place to stay in Perrisa ,comfortable, cheap and cheerful

I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!! It is a perfect to relax and forget about work!!!. The service was outstanding . They are very friendly and make you feel like you were at home. The rooms are super clean and the villa is conveniently located near the beach and main road. It is close to the bus station, a supermarket, a bakery, ATV and scooter rentals and to the beach.

Out party of 11 took 5 out of the 18 rooms at Villa Clio . Each room was spotless and we all commented how comfy the beds were . Pool area is huge with lots of sunbeds , each one having a beach towel for your use. Breakfast was enormous ! The villa is ideally situated 5 mins from beach and 5 mins in the other direction for supermarket and the best 24hr bakery ever ! Highly recommended.

11 of us went to Santorini in July and I would definitley recommend getting a hotel in the south of the island as it offers much greater value for money. Villa clio is perfectly situated about a 5 minute walk from the town of Parrisa and from the beach with all the great bars. The beautiful large pool has plenty of room for all guests there is also alot of room for all the sun loungers. There is also a fully stocked bar which is a bonus, but the owners don't mind if you bring your own drinks around the pool as it's self catering. They offer a great breakfast and the rooms are clean. Amazaing value for money, really enjoyed my stay here with my family.
