Host Kostas’ attention to details was excellent from pre and during the visit. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant recommendations were great. Location was convenient for some key scenic points. I would happily recommend staying at this place.

Owner and staff were very nice and kind. I arrived a few hours earier than check in time but they kindly let me check in. The owner gave me information I needed and also tried to help me about booking ferry. Response was very quick and it was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very close to everywhere, like bus station, restaurants, shops.etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

More than met our expectations .. highly recommend

More than exceeded our expectations. Very accommodating and helpful staff and a perfectly comfortable and nicely presented room. The upstairs jacuzzi and sun loungers that came with our suite were great and it is an oasis of tranquility just metres away from the Caldera view madness and cruise ship hordes.

Kostas was very kind and responsive. He always took the time to recommend places for us to see, eat, etc. Thanks to him it was an easy check in and check out. Our hotel room was very clean and spacious. Our cleaning lady Lia, was very sweet. She kept our room tidy and even helped us carry out our luggage to the car. Highly recommend staying at the Arches!!!

We had an awesome stay. Kosta was a super host who made sure we were well taken care of from check in to check out. The room was nice and clean. It was in the heart of things and everything was accessible. The only downside was that there was not a smart tv in the room. But all in all we would stay there again and recommend to other guests. 10/10
