The property is in pristine condition and the staff could not be better!!! Fantastic place and location. Serene and quiet but close to the action. Adriana takes care of you top notch! She's absolutely wonderful. Adi is amazing carrying the suitcases!! helpful and kind too- wonderful service

Staff is amazing at this place, customer service is a Plus anywhere in Santorini. I just have two comments that should be mentioned, the breakfast is served by the room but it is a continental breakfast,for how much is paid per night and the amount of rooms that they have it could have been better. I guess we Americans are always looking for hot breakfast. Besides that the private pool is not inside the room, it is part of a balcony that is not private, so you have to pass through the pool and the balcony to get to the room. If I would have known this I will not have paid extra for having the private pool because the other pool of the hotel is just next to the stairs. Georgia and Ari were amazing and helped us with everything, beautiful view of the Caldera every morning. Beautiful room, decorated with tons of details. Definitely a recommend.
Great hotel, staff, and experience. The superior cave suite is awesome! The view from the hotel is phenomenal and the hotel is centrally located in Oia (plenty of markets, restaurants, and shops within walking distance). The staff goes over and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends! Thanks kima villa for a great time!
