Two bedroom three bathroom, living-room, dining area, kitchen and laundry area all private for guests to use. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the basics, and the living room features cozy seating for movie nights.

-Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals theres a limit of 100 dollars of electricity consumption, if theres a difference will be charged through airbnb separately-.

* No loud music in the units after 10 pm.

* this unit only accommodates (4) guests, if more than 4 stays overnight we will charge $50 per aditional person per night.
