Did not like anything nothing is comparable to what is advertise I booked a 5 day stay I upgraded to a suite pay the difference after seeing where I would be staying I got a knock on my door the 4th day telling me it's time to check out when I asked for an explanation they showed me a complete different reservation from my Orbitz R the male guest reception (Joel) by the way who was excellent told me not to worry he was going to find out what happened turned out the owner of the hotel whom I was told is in Canada change my reservation with no reason whatsoever he couldn't give me a straight answer other than he was the one that did it when I upgrade no sincere apology no incentive did not even acknowledge I upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast was horrible does not have half of what's on the menu and there's no restaurant you have to order out have it deliver.
It is in a convenient location but was a little bit run-down.

We are sorry you feel this way after all the efforts we have done to accomodate you during your stay. You came with high expectation, yet made reservation in a 3 star Hotel. And yes due to the upgrade you requested upon check-in a error was made in your check-out date, I personally called you to apologize for it from Canada. And It is nice to remind us all that Dominican Republic is still in a pandemic situation and has a curfew. But since this is how you feel, my employees are glads to know you are not coming back and let other the chance to experience our excellent customer service. But should you come back, try to keep your expectations realistic and not have my employe call me in the middle of the night.

True, we had the worst water leak in our history and we are sorry for the inconvenience it has cause you. But rest assure that the problem is solved for a long time.They is a microwave available in the hotel kitchen and we provide iron and ironing board upon request.
