1. This property DOESN'T HAVE ANY PARKING! Please, don't mislead potential guests- no designates parking. By the streets is very unsafe and inconvenience. You may or may not find place around. Most streets are one way, parked with cars and small bikes. Priceless help from Hotel's employee- William. He helped to drive to private, safe parking for night. Also he was very professional and friendly, Mucha Gracias!

We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and the manager/staff were very accommodating. If you are renting a car, the parking situation can be a little tricky finding a spot nearby on the side of the road. Although I had no issues, if you’re a Gringo like I am, I wouldn’t recommended walking around here too much at night. However, per usual, the local Dominicans were very nice and helpful! I would stay at this property again if I go back to Santo Domingo.

Is on 3rd floor with no elevators. If you have havy luggage dont go. If you rent a car don't go there with the car. Is not place to park and the street is not parking space. Is unsafe place.

Just spent 1 night and everything was great. Very friendly staff and very clean room. The breakfast was delicious. Location was very good to visit the zona colonial. Very good value. Would definitely return if visiting Santo Domingo.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent service from all members of the staff, beyond expectations. Had a safe and mini fridge with water bottles, as well as A/C and nice tv with cable service. Breakfast was included and was promptly served and very good with different options to choose from. The only issue and was not related to hotel was that they were constructing in the streets. But that was not in front of the hotel, but around all colonial zone. And I repeat was not controlled by the hotel management. We were treated like family and felt very welcome. Even recommended the hotel to our Uber drivers. If staying again in the area will definitely stay there. Thanks for everything Hotel Class Colonial!!!

This is a great hotel for a great price. It will be my "go to" for personal travel in the Colonial Zone from now on. Great friendly staff, stylish and spotless public spaces and a fantastic breakfast. There is not parking included, but there are couple pay lots a block away the staff will direct you to. We were able to find on-street parking nearby for free, though. This an older building with cool architecture but the reception area is on the second floor, so this might not be a good for someone who can't do a flight of stairs, but the staff is very willing to help with bags. It could be easy to miss, too, since it's just a door with a small sign on the street level, but our maps program took us right to the front door. Many of the rooms look over the Conde, Santo Domingo's pedestrian plaza and the balcony room gives you a birds-eye view of all the action. It's also half a block from Grande's Cafe, more commonly known as Paco's, a very authentic Dominican restaurant that's open 24/7. This place is a gem. We'll definitely be back.

Hotel Class Colonial was a 10/10. They were very accommodating. The front Desk staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful regardless of the language barriers. It’s right in the center of Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again.Definitely recommend.
