Simplesmente excelente ! Quartos completamente equipado , super confortavel. Opcao de almoco e janta com ótimo tempero. Piscina deliciosa . Super recomendo !

Falta treinamento!

O apartamento bem organizado, tudo impecável. Mas o atendimento péssimo, pessoas sem treinamento e experiência com atendimento ao público. Solicitei a troca de toalhas e não poderia pois a troca é realiza 1 vez ao dia, solicitei colcha para cama de solteiro (enviaram apenas a luva de colchão), solicitei travesseiro e foi a maior burocracia! Tudo que é solicitado aos funcionários tem que primeiro ligar para a proprietária do estabelecimento. Nunca tinha passado por algo assim. E inclusive nem os sabonetes/shampoo são disponibilizados. Checkout finalizaria as 10h, perguntei se poderia ficar até as 10:30 e falaram que eu teria que pagar 70 reais, estava em viagem com minha família, meu filho de 3 anos não havia dormido direito devido a tantos mosquitos! Não voltaria!

É um flat para temporada

As regras de hospedagem são confusas. O local funciona como um flat para temporada e como pousada, mas o tratamento é o mesmo, como se todos estivessem alugando por temporada. Não fornecem sequer sabonetes. Todas as amenidades de hotel estão a venda. Fomos tratados com frieza porque reclamamos. O local não é perto das dunas e nem do centro. Para tudo precisa de carro. Falta espelho de corpo inteiro para as pessoas se arrumarem.
