No words for the service of this guys ... I will never back to that hotel

Lap pool, sauna, hot pool, food incredible. Staff checked me in early, Shuttle was superb, driver polite & well dressed.

Air conditioning in my room did not work, they sent someone who said he fixed it but that was not true. I think they have the thermostat set to 24.5 deg C and no matter what you do it wont get cooler. I am all for saving energy but not this way and don't tell me you have fixed something when you have not. Staff was nice but checkin process was excruciatingly long. Not just for me, for others that I saw at check in as well.

They are nice until you paid, try to change any thing, and they will not work with, your stuck.

Great hotel to stay close to airport, shuttle on time

Went out of their way to give assistance; had a good shuttle service to a nearby mall which helped pass the time during a 24 layover.

We had just traveled for more than 24 hours (actual travel time) so were exhausted. Check in was easy and our room was all ready, which made for a wonderful end to our long journey.

We arrived at 11:30 pm, made a rooms service order that toocked 1:30 min. We ask the ride to the airport at 5 am. We git to de lobby 5 min before that time, because they told us to do so. The shutle driver came at 5:30 and did not want to take us, because he said his next ride was at 6 am. The staff did not move until we got mad. The mattress does not have fitted sheet, so is unconftable to touch the mattress, used for so many persons

I booked at this hotel for just a few hours going to Orlando via Santiago thinking it would be great to spend some time here, however it was not the way I really thought it would be. so it was kind of a disappointment.

Staff was fabulous. Adrianna and the girl working With her we're very helpful on how to get to downtown Santiago and things to do

Only stopped for the night while in transit. The location was very convenient and I was able to get the shuttle from and to the airport without any problems. The hotel employees were friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The only negative thing was that breakfast was not included.

I am demanding not to pay for the room night. They have a satisfaction guarantee. We have to unload our own baggage from the airport transportation on Dec 23rd and take it to our own rooms. They told us they don't have bell boys because it is not a five star hotel. Besides that in the front desk the guy there told us was not an OCTOPUS to register 2 rooms we have to wait long time tone registered. When my wife started to take video about the poor staff treatment, the treated us to call the police if we don't stop filming the wrong doing of the hotel staff. We have video of everything I demand they comply not charging the night we spent in this hotel

After 14 hours of flying from DC, it was great to have someplace that was close to the airport, familiar and very comfortable. The drive into Santiago the next day was easy (20 minutes). Breakfast was quite good, and the staff made a real effort at customer service and helpfulness.

This place is good for what it offers, convenience to the airport. They will try and rip you off with their currency exchange, by only taking a credit card, no cash, and charging you a 5% convenience fee, but if you need those Chilean pesos, what are ya gonna do? Also, take their shuttle to the airport and get a regular taxi, don't let them con you into their high priced taxi-vans.

Nice hotel on the inside. The outside is not attractive and my view was of an ugly construction site.
