It is a beautiful quiet apartment on the first floor of a 2-family house with a beautiful large terrace and outdoor charcoal grill. In 3 minutes you are in one of the most beautiful bays. Cala Santanyi is located south of the east coast with the unique cliffs and the welcoming bays. The Es Trenc beach is 20 minutes away. Cala Figuera is 4km away and has to feed the most beautiful natural harbor of the island where there is an experience right on the bay .. The dream island of Majorca is ideal for hiking. Stalactite caves, in Santanyi there are 2 x in the week and inviting sidewalk cafes wonderful markets. Enjoy jazz concerts on the square in Santanyi, food and the view of the bay, sunset at Es Pontas is a great experience with a view to Cala Llombard and the cliffs. Search recreation?Then you are right here. Rest in a place with little tourism, but if you want to have more is everything around there. WiFi in the price available.

Die perfekte kleine Auszeit

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für zwei bis drei Leute. Wunderschön gelegen in einem sehr ruhigen Ort. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Die zahlreichen Handtücher und der großzügige Stauraum haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet und wird mir in Erinnerung bleiben. Sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wer die absolute Ruhe bevorzugt ist dort sicher gut aufgehoben, für uns war es nichts...

Kontakt nur über Whatsapp, wir möchten anregen das die Eigentümer sich Gedanken über die Anschaffung eines neuen Kühlschranks machen sollten. Die Funktion auf Grund des Geräte Alters ließ zu wünschen übrig......

Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt, ist aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kühlschrank ist eindeutig zu klein, auch für zwei Personen. Eine Renovierung würde ihr gut tun und das Wohngefühl enorm aufwerten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, kann aber je nach Belegung des Nachbarhauses auch sehr laut sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Süßes Appartement

Tolles Appartement in Meeresnähe, mit einer Terrasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Wir hatten leider etwas Probleme mit der Lautstärke der Urlauber in Nebenhaus. Das liegt aber weniger an diesem Appartement als an den deutschen Familys, die in Scharen nach Mallorca strömen. Das Appartement ist überraschend gut ausgestattet. (Grill, Ofen, Pfannen, Waschmaschine etc.) Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Gerne wieder.

Santanij ist schön, aber…

Die Lage des Objektes ist nicht optimal für Erholung und stressigere Zeit, da die Bebauung rechts und links und auch gegenüber sehr eng ist. Nicht jeder, eigentlich keiner nahm Rücksicht auf andere Bewohner. Der Kühlschrank war defekt, er sollte erneuert werden.

Erholsame Tage in der Casa Joana in Cala Santanyi

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mit allem was man braucht gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles sauber: Küche, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser.... Begeistert hat uns auch der Webergrill mit dem Anzündkamin. In 10 Minuten war die Kohle grillbereit. Morgens lässt es sich auf der Terrasse im Schatten der schönen Verglasung mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Insel genüsslich frühstücken. Die Wohngegend ist sehr gepflegt und der Fußweg zur malerischen Bucht kurzweilig. Es ist ruhig und auf der Strasse vor dem Haus sind immer ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen für Erholungsuchende. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage

Wir waren für 9 Nächte in der Casa Joana und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles was man braucht. Man sieht, das alles nach und nach auf den neuesten Stand gebracht wird. Neue Gartenmöbel, neues Bett, neues Sofa, modernes Bad. Die Kochnische ist evtl. ein wenig klein und veraltet (jedoch neue Hängeschränke). Geschirr und Co. ist ausreichend da und alles war sauber). Man hat ein wenig Probleme seine Vorräte zu verstauen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner über den wir sehr froh waren auf Grund des Regens. Leider haben wir von dem Unwetter ein wenig mitbekommen. Da wäre es schön gewesen wenn irgendwo draussen eine kleine Überdachung gewesen wäre. Leider ist beim Unwetter auch Wasser durch die Eingangstür in die Wohnng gedrückt worden. Die Lage ist super. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend und in ca. 7-10 Minuten ist am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Schwarma von der Agentur hat super geklappt und wir konnten uns bei Schlüsselabgabe auch persönlich kennenlernen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Casa Joana bedingungslos empfehlen. Liebe Grüße von Katja und Marek S.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zum Strand sind es Max 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur klappte perfekt!

Schöne gepflegte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und bietet so ziemlich alles was man für ein mehrtägigen Aufenthalt so braucht. Außerdem verfügt sie über eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Einzige Wermutstropfen sind die lange Treppe zur Bucht und der Fahrtweg nach Santanyi. Ohne Auto also eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Schön... aber mit einigen Defiziten

Die Lage war traumhaft und das Haus an sich war auch schön. Nur am Inventar hat’s gescheitert 😞 einiges nicht mehr schön und kaputt. Auf der Terrasse die Stühle und die Markise... der Sonnenschirm hat seine besten Zeiten auch hinter sich ...drinnen kleine defekte wie kaputtes Fernsehkabel, Radio ging nicht. Die Waschmaschine musste man auch von Hand weiterdrehen weil sie nach der ersten Stufe hängen blieb. Aber am meisten hat uns gestört das die Außenbeleuchtung nicht ging und es schon ganz schön gefährlich war die Treppe mit ca 18 Stufen im dunkeln zu benutzen. Aber ansonsten hatten wir ja keine Möglichkeit in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Wenn diese Mängel behoben werden könnten wäre es wirklich ein schönes kleines Feriendomizil gewesen.

Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und in Strandnähe gelegen (5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand). Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, jedoch überholungsbedürfig, vorallem der Außenbereich. Die Dachterrasse konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da diese in einem verwahrlostem Zustand war (wir fanden einen vergammelten Tisch und Strandliegen vor). Der Aufgang zur Dachterrasse führte uns an dornigem Gestrüpp ( welches dringend verschnitten werden müsste) hinauf. Die zwei Liegen die auf der normalen Terrasse standen, konnten wir ebenfalls nicht benutzen, da eine defekt war und die andere beim draufliegen fast zusammenbrach. Die Markise der Terrasse muss dringend überholt werden, sie ließ sich nur mit großem Kraftaufwand öffnen und schließen. Die Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse hatten teilweise Löcher im Geflecht der Sitzfläche. Für wenig Geld könnte man neue Terrassenmöbel kaufen. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren nicht nutzbar, sie waren in einem absolut ungepflegten Zustand ( platte Reifen auf allen Rädern, keine Pumpe, total verschmutzt). Ein plus an der Wohnung ist die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und die wie schon erwähnt gute Lage. Trotz der oben aufgeführten Mängel, haben wir unseren Urlaub genossen.

We spent a nice week in Mallorca en la casa Joana. It is at 5 minutes walking (there are stairs to go down to the beach) of the beach Cala Santanyi and there is a litlle supermarket very close to the house (on the way to go to the beach), very useful if you don't want to take the car to buy things to eat. The flat has got a lot of commodities : barbecue, beach umbrella, induction plates, press agrums...
