Romantic apartment with sea view on the Maddalena archipelago.

Just 30 'from the city, our house is located in an old fishing village, just 300 meters from the port and very near to the famous white sand beaches. The building is at the center of the small village of Porto Pozzo. You will find a few steps from the house: bar, grocery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants. At the port there are activities of rental boats and rafts and organizes day trips to the Maddalena Archipelago.
Porto Pozzo belongs to the municipality of Santa Teresa di Gallura, in an area known as the Costa Smeralda. It is about 30 km from Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, the two most famous tourist resorts of Sardinia. The beaches adjacent most famous are those of Rena Bianca, La Marmorata, Santa Reparata, Smooth, etc. For lovers of kite surfing and wind surfing, you may want to enjoy the nearby beach of Porto Pollo, a paradise for water sports enthusiasts.
The apartment is equipped with LED TV, fridge, freezer, glass ceramic hob, microwave, washer-dryer, hair dryer. In the price it is included all linen and towels. In addition to the two double bedrooms, there is a sofa bed in the living space.
Guests have access to the whole apartment. Only some furniture are not accessible because they contain personal belongings of the owners.
Unfortunately we will not be in place during your stay. However you will be given a local reference of the person who cleans and keeps the house, just in case their logistics. For any other problems, we will be always at your disposal telephone 24h.
Please kindly do not smoke inside the house, but only on the outdoor terrace.

Compact but with an excellent terrace

The apartment has everything needed but you need to investigate all the cupboards to find it. For example, it was only on the second day we discovered the washing machine and freezer on the bedroom alcony and the microwave under the barbeque. The access to the second bedroon is very steep and is above the main living area so would not be suitable for all. The balcony and dining area is fantastic. It is private and get the sun almost all day. Despite overlooking the road, vehicle noise wasn't a problem. Paolo's instuctions were good.

Geschmackvolles Ambiente in Landschaftlich schöner Gegend

Die Woh u g bot Die Wohnung bot uns eine geschmackvolle Unterkunft während unseres Ferienaufenthaltes in einer tollen Umgebung. Porto Pozzo ist zwar kein Hotspot, bot aber einige empfehlenswerte Restaurants, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. In kurzer Autoentfernung waren mehrere sehr schöne Badebuchten zu erreichen. Die Erholung wurde etwas getrübt, da man die Bässe der Musik, die in der Bar im Haus oft bis weit nach Mitternacht gespielt wurde, unangenehm in der Wohnung zu hören waren. Trotz der vielen Fernsehkanäle, konnte nur ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm (arte) empfangen werden.

Sehr schön und mit viel Seele eingerichtet

Ein schönes Appartement für 2 Personen. Manchmal ein wenig laut wegen Straße und Bar, aber auch nach 2 Wochen nicht wirklich störend. Das Wasser in Dusche und kleiner Küche kam mitunter nur Tropfenweise, aber das ist wohl auf Sardinien so. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre, dass man als Gast über sehr wenig Schrankfläche verfügt. Viele schöne Strände von ruhig bis lebendig sind innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichbar.

Sehr schöne individuelle eingerichtete Wohnung in der wir uns sofort zuhause gefühlt haben. Paolo war immer sofort für uns erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Direkt an der Wohnung gibt es eine Bar mit leckeren Croissant und Kaffee, eine Eisdiele, und mehrere Pizzerien.

Camas muy cómodas y zona de terraza / comedor exterior muy agradable (los toldos exteriores son muy útiles para los días de viento). El acceso a la cama superior es complicado por tener una escalera muy empinada.

Wonderful Appartment

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The condo is quiet, there is a gorgeous view from the great terrace where we spent wonderful evenings watching the sunset. It is well equipped and quite stylish. Not 5 stars because there is no WLAN available but mostly my phone could connect with LTE at this point of the island.
