Mysigt hus i lugnt paradis

Lägenheten är belägen på ett mycket lugnt och rätt avsides ställe nära en fin strand med turkosblått vatten. Lägenheten har det mesta en behöver för en semestervecka. Saknade AC och dammsugare då det var rätt knepigt att sopa upp sand som spreds mellan de 4 våningsplanen. Tack för en fin vecka!

Charmantes Häuschen

Das Haus ist sehr abwechslungsreich mit seinen verschiedenen Etagen. Toll sind auch die Terrasse ganz oben und noch eine kleine hinter dem Haus, wo man gemütlich sitzt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe gestaltet worden.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questa bellissima casa, arredata e accessoriata con stile e gusto ricercato da parte del proprietario Marco, sempre gentile e disponibile nei nostri confronti. La casa si trova in una bella posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Santa Reparata, è ben tenuta, molto funzionale e ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere delle vacanze spensierate. Certamente non dimenticheremo i meravigliosi tramonti sul mare che si possono ammirare ogni sera dal terrazzo solarium della casa. È una casa che ti lascia un bel ricordo e credo proprio che ci torneremo.

Magic Place Capo Testa

Mitte April eine sehr ruhige Gegend gleich in der Nähe des wunderbaren Capo Testa. Um diese Jahreszeit ist es noch recht kühl, vor allem in der Nacht. Für Einkäufe muss man 5 Minuten nach Santa Teresa Gallura fahren. Auf dem Weg dorthin kann man auch die Reste der Nuraghe in Lu Brandali besuchen. Wir liebten das Wandern und Herumklettern auf den Felsen auf Capo Testa.

Ferienhaus in Santa Teresa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Santa Teresa Gallura. Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben. Sehr schön ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Aussendusche ist wirklich sehr angenehm und hat uns viel Freude gemacht. Die Lage ist auch gut. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden in der Nähe und der Strand ist auch schön.

Potrebbe migliorare molto con poco

Casa in linea con la descrizione e arredata con un certo gusto, ma lasciata un po' andare. La mia impressione è che il proprietario non sia molto "presente" sul campo da tempo e deleghi non troppo bene. La pulizia iniziale è stata molto approssimativa e tutta una serie di mancanze nei dettagli stonano molto con le caratteristiche generali della casa che sono più che sufficienti. Nelle vicinanze c'è un mini-market discretamente fornito ma con giornali solo su ordinazione. La spiaggia non è male, ma con tutto quello che c'è in zona è da considerare solo un ripiego. Il chiosco, almeno per i più mattinieri, apre un po' tardi: facile che alle 9 sia ancora chiuso. Da Evitare i ristoranti della baia (in verità, un po' tutto il gallurese offre a prezzi medio-alti una qualità bassa, medio-bassa, purtroppo)

Bellissima vacanza!

Abbiamo trascorso dodici giorni sereni in questa baia molto bella. La casa molto carina e silenziosa, immersa nel verde dei due giardinetti con una bella vista sul mare, dal terrazzo. La casa sempre fresca e ventilata,abbiamo sempre cenato nel tavolo fuori. Oltre alla spiaggia vicino a casa, a pochi chilometri ci sono moltissime spiagge tutte diverse e con un acqua turchese bellissima. All'arrivo ci accolti il sig Giuseppe molto gentile e simpatico ,con il proprietario ci siamo sentiti solo per telefono ed e' stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito molte informazioni. Sicuramente torneremo !

+ very friendly & cooperative host + 5 min. walk to the next beach + 5 min. to Capo Testa by car, 30 min. to walk. Capo Testa with it's beautiful beaches and rock formations, probably the most beautiful peninsula in the world. For example, Cala Spinosa is perfect for both > bathing & climbing. Also Valle della Luna is a must, ending with a bath at Cala Francesa. + outdoor shower is great, I've used it every day + house with interesting interior design Many Thanks to Marco and Giuseppe for the very nice accomodation and location!

Ottima esperienza per famiglie

Soggiornato per una settimana a metà agosto con moglie e 2 bimbi (10 e 8 anni); l'abitazione è molto gradevole, fresca e ben tenuta. la posizione è tranquilla, vicinissimo a una baia, e non lontano da centri abitati e market. il proprietario è sempre disponibile e molto rapido nelle risposte. Consigliato sotto tutti gli aspetti.

Splendido soggiorno

La casa dove ho soggiornato ha rispettato le aspettative, anzi, direi più bella di come viene descritta, curata in ogni dettaglio. La baia dove e posta, Santa Reparata, è incantevole, dal terrazzo di casa potete godere di tramonti mozzafiato e siete nel pieno relax. Ottimi e comodissimi la doccia esterna ed il barbecue, che ho usato per quasi tutto il soggiorno. La casa è immersa nel verde e la zona tranquillissima, ma comunque si raggiunge in 2 minuti Santa Teresa ed in 2 minuti Capo Testa, sono entrambi a circa 1,5 km. In ogni caso, a pochi passi dalla casa, 50/100 metri, trovate un minimarket ed un ristorante. Che dire ancora, la casa per il soggiorno ideale a Santa teresa di Gallura.
