This gorgeous vacation home is composed of two completely independent twin houses that are rented together and share the fantastic pool. Especially suitable for large families or groups who want to spend their vacations together, but value privacy, as this property has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and several bedrooms and bathrooms each. The sophisticated, modern interior design and the light-flooded rooms are the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in a luxurious ambience. Just a short 5 minute drive from the fine sandy beach. Santa Susanna is a worthwhile destination, its promenade with many restaurants and cafes and an inviting shopping arcade that invites you to stroll and store. With golf courses nearby. There are numerous stairs in the accommodation.
The region forms a long, narrow coastal strip that begins north of the city of Barcelona and stretches between the slopes of the coastal mountains and the Mediterranean Sea to the picturesque Costa Brava. The mountains protect the long sandy beaches and fishing villages from the northerly winds and provide a mild Mediterranean climate all year round.
