This was economical and clean, which was what I was after. It is an older motel, in an older part of the town, with train track close by which two trains went thru early in the morning. The biggest disappointment was the bedding. In my opinion there was no top sheet, just a semi-course woven cotton blanket. They disagreed and said that WAS a sheet. Never have I had a sheet like that and I have stayed in MULTIPLE economical motels. Fortunately, my next stay was in another Americas Best Value and it had an actual sheet as a top sheet, like EVERY other place I have stayed.
This hotel is perfectly fine if you are road weary and need a clean bed and a hot shower at a reasonable price. It is an older property that the present owners have renovated to an acceptable condition. The rooms are small, but who notices that when you're asleep? For the prices charged it's a good deal. I'll stay definitely here next time I'm passing through.

It is an older facility but they are remodeling. Kind of hard to find. Definitely a good value. Would stay here again.
Was a bit crowded in the room with two queen beds but king room wasn’t available. Very adequate accommodations for traveling.
