Nestled between tranquil nature and coastal beauty, this spot promises a peaceful escape with all the sights and sounds of waterfront living.

Whether you're here to relax, explore, or simply enjoy the scenery, this coastal retreat delivers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation! Its three ensuite bedrooms offer cool and modern decor, a beautiful retreat on a hot day. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances while the primary suite also enjoys significant upgrades including an oversize bathtub, a walk- in shower and double vanities. Realizing that a vacation rental set in a wooded area need not just reflect the wonderfully quiet surroundings, 1119 features many conveniences to make your vacation comfortable.

Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025.  The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026. 

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

We have stayed at Sanctuary at Redfish many times. This condo is in need of repair. Furniture is cheap, lamps broken, not much to cook with in the kitchen and the carpets need replacing. Also TV’s didn’t always work. I would not recommend this condo until the owner upgrades furnishings. Mattresses and linens sub par.
