Sanctuary at Redfish 2115 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

The cascading views from 2115’s balcony offer the best of both worlds—a serene lake framed by lush greenery and the endless horizon of the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Nestled between tranquil nature and coastal beauty, this spot promises a peaceful escape with all the sights and sounds of waterfront living.

Redfish 2115 has all the comforts that anybody could want. The modern kitchen features neutrally toned granite and cabinets, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed for a cozy dinner. The primary suite in particular boasts a large bathroom with a tub, a tile walk-in shower and double vanities- you’ll feel like you’re at a high-end spa!

Consider its amenities- walking trails, an expansive pool deck with four separate pools and a free seasonal shuttle across the lake to the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. For those who enjoy a nice leisurely walk you can go to and from the beach via the preserve trail or the public beach access year round.

There are exterior cameras on property around the pools for safety and security.


This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to under 25. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

The last day of Pontoon Boat service for 2025 will occur on November 30, 2025.  The Pontoon Boat service will start up again on March 1, 2026. 

THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY - No smoking allowed anywhere including balconies!! Smoking on property could result in eviction.

Actually a great place... good pool and beach view. Suggestions: beds except master need replacing, pantry should be made available otherwise no convenient place to store food, TVs should have instructions posted.

First family vacation with grandkids.

Post COVID we wanted someplace safe and not too crowded. This place fit the bill perfectly. The actual condo was beautiful and well taken care of. The facility was excellent with great pools, spring fed lake and boat ferry to the beach plus a fantastic exercise room. Several good restaurants close by along with grocery and other stores. The Santa Rosa area is so much more calm than in Destin so we will look here again on our next vacation.

Great time at this clean, roomy, 2nd floor condo. Nice view of the pool area, and the gulf in the distance. Easy to get to the beach via a boat, or about a 15 minute walk along a path. Plenty of room for us and our three teenage sons. Would like it if the free bike rental was at the place a half mile away, rather than the one on the other side of Seaside. Was easier and more practical for us to eat $35 for the sake of convenience picking up and returning the bikes. Plenty of good places to eat within a five minute drive. We all had a wonderful time and will certainly return in the future.

Fabulous condo and grounds. Only negative is the distance to the beach. The boat ride is nice between the hours of 9-5 but the walk of 6/10 of a mile is it easy. We had 2 days of cool weather and the boat did not run.

Escape To The Sanctuary at Redfsh

We spent a week at this great property at Santa Rosa Beach and thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed the stay. The condominium was attractive and comfortable. The property and pool area was large and never too crowded. The beach was white sands lining the emerald green waters of the gulf. My family had a great time and hated leaving.
