Loved the area. Property was very nice and having the back yard added more area to enjoy when we were not directly on the beach. Centrally located to all the restaurants and shops on 30A.

Amazing family retreat

Celebrating college graduation. The views and beach access were incredible. Comfortable beds with updated bathrooms. One of our best trips. Would highly recommend for those loving the beach.

A fantastic cottage!

This was one of the best vacations we have had on 30A. The adorable cottage was clean and organized and the owners were quick to respond if we had any questions at all. So convenient to our favorite restaurants and hang outs too! It was perfect for our two families and all of our kids traveling with us.

Our mini vacay sure was a beach blessing!

We were thrilled with our accommodations! Everything was very clean, comfortable and organized! The weather was also great! We enjoyed some much needed quiet and tranquil rest. Beach Blessings will be on the top of our list for our next time to the beautiful 30a.

Truly a Beach Blessing

My wife and I, along with our 5 year old son, recently spent a few wonderful nights at this amazing little beachfront property. Simply put, we couldn't possibly be more pleased with what it had to offer. It is absolutely our favorite place we've ever stayed on 30a. We can't wait to stay again!

First Family Vacation

My family of 4 went to Seaside for the weekend and had a couple of friends tag along. It was a great weekend and the house had perfect accommodations for us. I loved how close the beach was to the house, yet the drive into town was barely far at all. We will definitely want to come back and stay here again!

If you have a large family this is a house for a stay at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay but would book a time other than spring break. Traffic was the worst I have seen in 40 years of visiting Walton county beaches.

Perfect! 8 women over 50 Girls weekend

The house is perfect for a weekend with friends! The beds were comfortable. Breathtaking location. Love the large kitchen table. Extra frig in garage was so nice to have and access to beach chairs was such a surprise! Will rent here again!
