Can Soler is the perfect house for your beach holiday. It is located in Can Picafort, in the north of Mallorca, and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.



Why not start the day with a long breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the first rays of the sun? Afterwards, let's go to the beach! The fine sandy beach is only 300 metres away and has all amenities and a beautiful promenade. Supermarkets, bars, shops and the bus station are close to the house. The beach of Capellanes and Playa de Muro is about 1.5 km from the house; both natural beaches with some beach bars. This area is also perfect for windsurfing or paddle surfing in the morning. If you like horse riding, Rancho Grande offers excursions, even along the beach. There are good restaurants nearby, e.g. El Puerto, Mar y Paz or Es Mollet. It is recommended to visit the lighthouse of Formentor, the old town of Alcúdia or Pollença and the street market in Sineu, which takes place every Tuesday.



The owners have preserved the elegant and traditional style of the house, e.g. the tiled floors. From the terrace you have access to the living-dining room with satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. It is not every day that you feel like going out for dinner. So that you can cook your favourite dishes, there is a kitchen with mixer, cooking utensils, microwave, sandwich maker and even a pancake maker. For great breakfasts, there is a Senseo coffee machine, toaster and orange juicer. There are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed, all with wardrobe and air conditioning. A bathroom with shower and another with bathtub and make-up mirror, as well as a washing machine and iron/ironing board complete the equipment.



Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved. Payment is to be made in cash on the day of arrival.
