This modern sea view apartment in Can Picafort is just perfect for 4 people. Wake up every day with the sound of the waves! The apartment is on the first floor of the building without lift. On the roof terrace you can enjoy a large terrace with sublime views over the bay of Alcudia. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 persons, two sun beds and a sun umbrella. The other neighbours also have access to the terrace, although each flat has its own area and furniture.
There's a modern sitting-dining area with sea views where you can relax watching a film on the satellite-TV. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro hob. Both bedrooms have two single beds each and there's a shower bath. A cot and a high chair can be prepared upon request. Besides, there's a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you visit us during the winter, there's central heating.
The accommodation is on the sea promenade, a lively place during the summer and close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and the fine grained sand beach where you can rent sun loungers and parasol or practice water sports. A 10 minute's walk takes you to the Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach where you can enjoy a good Paella in one of the restaurants. Besides, you could visit Alcúdia's and Pollença's old town, the natural park of S'Albufera or the Caves of Campanet. A car is not essential, but very recommended if you're planning to explore the island.

¡El alojamiento era realmente genial! Bien equipado y tal cual en las fotos. Nos impresionó especialmente la hermosa vista al mar directamente desde la ventana: era muy relajante sentarse en la ventana y disfrutar de la vista. La playa está a pocos metros, lo que hace que la ubicación sea realmente ideal. También hay supermercados y restaurantes a poca distancia. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. En general, una estancia tranquila, segura y muy agradable. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!
Vorweg: Nö, zu diesem Preis und das in der Nebensaison, würde ich die Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen…Also zum „Abends gemütlich zusammensitzen“ ist diese Wohnung wirklich null geeignet!! Überall sind fürchterliche Deckenspots mit kaltweißem Licht verbaut, selbst der Deckenfluter ist mit einem kaltweißem Leuchtmittel ausgestattet. Die Lage ist aber wirklich einmalig…Die Betten sind bequem, zum zudecken gab es ein großes Bettlaken und zwei Bettdecken, diese hatten aber keine Bezüge und waren somit nicht nutzbar, obwohl es nicht gerade warm war diese Woche…Die Küchenausstattung ist unterirdisch, aber da wir nicht gekocht haben, ging es irgendwie. Bitte beachten: Es ist wirklich nichts an Grundausstattung vorhanden!! Kein Salz, keine anderen Gewürze, kein Zewa….

Also, ich kann gar nicht viel sagen ausser: perfekt! Von der Vorab-Kommunikation mit detailliertem Anfahrts-Plan, der Schlüsselübergabe pünktlich an der Wohnung (Ankomme 22.00 Uhr wegen des späten Fluges war kein Problem), der sehr netten Mitarbeiterin, die uns auch noch weitere nützliche Tipps gab und sich als sehr flexibel erwies, als wir nach zusätzlichen Bettdecken fragten, bis hin zum Appartement selbst. Wirklich alles da, was man braucht! Und auf Nachfrage wurde auch die Betriebszeit der Heizung sofort verlängert ;-) Wir wohnen als Familie oft in Ferienwohnungen oder -häusern. Aber so gut ausgestattet sind wir's in südlichen Ländern wirklich nicht gewöhnt."
