Five stars for the house... Zero stars for the the management company, Skyrun.The home was lovely with stunning views and everything that our family of 4 needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. My girls loved the kids room too! The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of paper products (tp/paper towels/tissue). The location was perfect for everything in Santa Fe and easy access to Ski Santa Fe.Unfortunately, the management company was honestly terrible. I asked about getting more dishwashing pods and a hairdryer (there wasn't one provided, which is so strange). I reached out on a Sunday, only to discover they are closed on weekends and holidays. I had to go out to dinner with wet hair - in the cold! Finally on Tuesday at 10:30am, I was able to reach them when I called. All they could offer after no response for 3 days was "sorry we saw your messages but were busy". What!?!? It takes 2 seconds to respond to a text. That is your job. It is absolutely unacceptable for a management company to be non-responsive to any of our messages over our 7 days there. They never responded to one message. I am still waiting for the call from the owner of Skyrun to figure out how we will resolve this unsatisfactory experience. I recommend the homeowner find a management company that actually cares and can provide the customer experience that this beautiful home deserves. If they change management companies, I would love to rent again next year.
