Soleado Seabright Beach House 3 puertas a la playa !!

Tenemos una Soleado, Amplio y Moderno 2100 + sq. Ft. Casa soleada para aquellos que buscan para toda la familia y / o la familia ampliada. La casa es un 1. 5 minutos a pie de la playa de Seabright para surfing, boogie, relajación, etc. A pie de restaurante La Posta o varios otros en Seabright Avenue, o caminar o conducir a Harborside de Johnny o de Crow Nest Restaurant en el puerto. Se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche de clase mundial de surf en las playas de Pleasure Point o el carril de vapor. Se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del paseo marítimo ya 15 minutos del muelle de Santa Cruz, o puedes ir en coche si quieres. Corner Shoppers ', Whole Foods y Safeway son un 5-7 minutos en coche. Podrá darse un baño o el salón en la playa y volver y relajarse o cocinar una comida fantástica en la cocina grande y funcional. Tenemos 2 nuevo (julio de 2013) Smart TV de 50 'de plasma en el salón y 40 "LED en el loft para los niños (o adultos). También hay Internet inalámbrico en toda la casa.

Great place… best appointed kitchen we ever had. Perfect location. Wonderful art, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, bathrooms nice, great gas grill, views of ocean and quick walk to beach. The house was GREAT! Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. All the beds were comfortable. The towels were amazingly fluffy. There was plenty of shampoo etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to walk to the Boardwalk. We highly recommend this home for any vacation.

Great Stay in Santa Cruz

This is an ideal property for spending a few days on the coast, well furnished with everything we needed, and in a perfect location to enjoy our favorite seaside city. It was roomy, spotlessly clean, and perfect for us.

This is our 12th year and 13th trip to Santa Cruz for a getaway with family! We love the beach and my grandsons can’t get enough of the sunshine and sea air! We are close to the restaurants and shops we like to go to. The beautiful Holy Cross Church is always in the plan on Sunday! The people are friendly and Surf City Is very attentive! Lovely, well-appointed home in a charming neighborhood and just steps from the beach. All the comforts of home plus an ocean that you can gaze at through the window. Easy communication with Host. Easy entrance to the property. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again. Absolutely recommend.

Such an amazing rental -- highly recommend!

This was such an amazing rental -- beautiful, cozy, thoughtful, well stocked and just a block walk to the beach. We were a group of 5 adults and were more than comfortable here. Highly recommend!

Perfect place!

My husband and our 3 adult daughters stayed and loved this place! Plenty of space to spread out, a nice view of the ocean from the deck and living room, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Right between the harbor in one direction and the beach boardwalk in the other direction - both totally walkable; and the beach is SO close. We used all of the beach gear, bikes, and loved the fully loaded kitchen! Will definitely stay here again!

FAMILY BEACH VACATION

Our family of nine, adult kids and grandkids, stayed for a week. The home and location was perfect! Everything needed for the beach was provided; towels, boogies boards, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed and the living area was very comfortable. The two car garage with openers was a definite plus. Hope to stay there again!

Our extended family of eight spent a long weekend at the beach to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. This house was perfect for us. The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is clean and well laid out. The kitchen was plenty big for all of us to make breakfast and we used the huge table to play board games. I highly recommend this spot.

Girls Trip

Mom of a 15 year old daughter, I take her and 5 of her friends for a summer trip every summer! This house was perfect and fit us all nicely! Walk down the road to a great beach and a quick trip to the boardwalk! Great time!
