Incredible location across from the Wharf, Cowell’s Beach, and the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Visitor’s Center in beautiful 'Surf City' Santa Cruz, California.
City ordinance requires quiet hours in exterior spaces after 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings. No music or noise on exterior decks after 10pm please. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years. Owner will send separate contract for guest's signature.

In addition to cancellation policy- All Payments are Refundable less the direct costs charged for the cancellation by the credit card processing company of up to 4% until 60 days before reservation, then they become nonrefundable.
