Very quiet apartment on the beachfront, practically private beach, very bright, with two bedrooms, large living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and dressing room, as well as a large terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Only 10 minutes from the Capital Santa Cruz and 5 minutes from Las Teresitas Beach. The location of the apartments is unique, it is located on a cliff or mountain and at the foot of the mountain is the beach.

Amazing stay !

Clean, beautiful views, amazing sunrises, Away from tourist masses. Secluded beach Sad it wasn't available for a longer time. Owners were very helpful, We arrived late they organized keys for us. I definitely would recommend this place.

Top Apartment direkt am Meer in einmaliger Lage

Die Lage des Gebäudekomplexes ist ganz großes Kino für Leute, die Ruhe und Abgelegenheit in der Natur suchen. Toller Strand direkt vorm Haus, ein weiterer Strand einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Schwarzer Sand, tolles Wasser und schöne Wellen. Extrem unkompliziert, super freundliche Vermieter, nette Menschen im Apartmentkomplex. Wohnung sauber, kompakt, aber für drei bis vier Personen absolut okay. Küche recht klein aber funktional. Wahnsinnsblick auf das Meer vom Balkon. Einrichtung dezent und geschmackvoll, Ausstattung bestens, sogar Sonnenschirm, Sandspielzeug und Ventilator.

Schönes Apartment abseits des Trubels

Schönes großzügiges Apartment in einer ungewöhnlichen Anlage am Steilhang direkt am Meer. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs offene Meer. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Internet WLAN waren super. Deutsches Fernsehen eher nicht, aber übers Internet problemlos. Trotz Wind im Freien war es kaum möglich die Wohnung richtig zu durchlüften. Ein Stehventilator machte es erträglich. Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Alles problemlos.

Schönes Appartement aber etwas irreführende Anzeige

Die Umgebung des Appartementgebäudes ist wunderschön, auch wenn man ohne Auto 15min bis zu Bushaltestelle laufen muss, wo alle 2h der Bus fährt. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Strand vor dem Appartementgebäude ist wunderschön. Ein kleines Minus gibt es für das instabile Internet und die sehr dünnen Wände. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, auch wenn wir nur ihre Tochter zu Gesicht gekommen haben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in großem Apartmenthaus in der Nähe von San Andres, direkt am Meer. Bestens ausgestattet, phantastischer Ausblick vom großen Balkon, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
