Needs updating big time everything was old and earn out!

Hot breakfast was nice, having a separate living room and bedroom gave us extra room. Property was a bit dated but the location was very convenient.

This was our second stay. We are a family of four adults (one attends UCSB). We usually get two hotel rooms, but the suites here are roomy enough that we can get just one and fit quite comfortably. Our daughter said at breakfast "this should be, like, our place". I agree. The pool, spa, and breakfast are amazing. The only thing missing is a dinner restaurant, although there is delivery service provided by a local restaurant. There are plenty of outdoor dining areas as well as plenty of room in the suite to relax over a nice dinner, for those who don't want to go out.

I loved that our room was literally right in front of the pool, with a sliding door to walk straight to it. Beautiful landscape all around as well.

Quiet location beautiful grounds good location Very nice made to ordered breakfast

Enjoyed our stay - will be back.. Location worked for us..

Awesome venue adjacent to an unfortunately noisy freeway. Extremely nice people, the little beverage and snack mixer is a good idea. The botanical accoutrements are beautiful and some are fragrant. T/he room is generic, well appointed, and comfortable but not stylish, hence, if you require that embellishment you might not dig it. The cost was, well, the VISA card is slightly melted, but we will survive. Extremely convenient to the SB airport (which is a rock star airport, BTW).

Terrible staff. Nothing was VIP about this property

Thus was an absolutely wonderful property. The room was spacious and beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The made-to-order breakfast certainly differentiated this hotel from the usual "free breakfast". My only issue is that next time, I'll request a room that doesn't face the highway as the noise interfered with the otherwise peaceful experience. If there are more than five stars, give them to this wonderful hotel.

We always stay here. Spacious and quiet and only 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara. The breakfast cooks do a great job.

Beautiful property. Suite was large and very comfortable. Included breakfast which was a nice addition. Front desk staff, Pablo in particular, was extremely welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay there on our next visit!

Amazing breakfast, rental bikes, big rooms! Nice staff, so close to beach and UCSB

Clean, friendly, and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Comfortable, classy hotel This hotel is conveniently located and is reasonably priced when compared to other hotels in the area.

Top to bottom, 5 stars! Room clean. Grounds nice. Only negative....tooooo many screaming kids at the pool and Jacuzzi. But the kids did enjoy themselves. maybe I'm getting tooo old?
