This beautiful, detached villa with private pool is located in the quiet urbanisation of L'Amfora in Sant Pere Pescador, just 300 metres from the beach. The spacious villa is lovingly furnished and the large windows in the living room let in plenty of light. From the living room you have direct access to the well-tended, fenced garden, which is perfect for relaxing and lingering. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace and soak up the sun in one of the comfortable sun loungers. Cool off in the beautiful, wood-framed pool. In the evening, you can organise a cosy barbecue in the garden and round off the day in peace and quiet.



Sant Pere Pescador is an idyllic village in the picturesque Emporda region, surrounded by fields, the river Fluvià and the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà nature park.
