We have visited Menorca many times including Punta Prima, so we knew the location and the need to have a hire car. The area in general is very quiet, however the disturbance of the loud music, hotel activities and nightime entertainment from the local hotel may be annoying for some at times. The property was very spacious and comfortable, but I think that the external furniture is beginning to show its age and may need to be replaced / upgraded. The kitchen is very well equipped and the aircon super efficient.We enjoyed the swimming pool, but quite a few of the small tiles in the steps area became loose and exposed some sharp edges.Our host Amanda was excellent and kept us up to date on when we could get into the villa and checked up regularly with us during our visit.Overall we would recommend this property, but a few items now need to replaced or repaired. We enjoyed our family time together and would consider revisiting in the future
