Apartment located in les Brises II, in a prestigious area of ​​S’Agaró with wonderful views of the sea and the bay.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
It has a fully equipped independent kitchen and a spacious and bright living - dining room with access to a terrace overlooking the sea and the community area.
It has a parking place reserved for the guests.
The community has very nice gardens to walk around and a pool to take a relaxing bath when climbing the beach.
We recommend having a vehicle to move better around the area, although you can walk down to the beach; From the apartment you can also access small and hidden coves of the round road.
It is close to the main shops and services, about 5 minutes by car, between S’Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guíxols.

wenn man bereit ist über ein par Felsen zu klettern ist man nur 300 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Super

Die Wohnung ist Klasse und super ausgestattet. Lage ist perfekt und der eigene Parkplatz Gold wert auch wenn die Parkflächen wie immer heutzutage etwas klein sind. Wir haben den Urlaub in dem gepflegtem Pool sehr genossen

Añoraré las vistas.

Hemos estado muy bién. Mejor de lo que pensaba. El apartamento está completo, tiene de todo. Incluso sábanas y toallas, que nos habían dicho en la agencia que no. Unas magníficas vistas, y a como 6 minutos de la playa de San Pol. Estamos a los pies de la cala Masset, pero el acceso está cerrado por mal estado. Añoraré los amaneceres, vistos desde la terraza. Es algo impresionante. También tiene una buena piscina comunitaria. Y mucha luz... Aunque esto es uno de los inconvenientes, le da el pleno sol desde buena mañana, y hace que el apartamento sea muy caliente, y sin aire acondicionado. Si corre la brisa se está muy bien, pero los días de calma, suerte de los ventiladores. Aún y así lo recomiendo. Ha sido una bonita experiencia.
