Apartment in the center of town located 200 m from the beach, the apartment has 2 double rooms and one with two beds for one person, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room, very large living room with sofas and flat TV, covered terrace. The apartment is a third with elevator and has the possibility for disabled people with the only drawback is that there is a bathtub in both bathrooms. The maximum capacity is 6 people. It has a very good parking area. Near the floor there are restaurants, shops, bars and very close to the garbi park.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
