You’re certain to see the sunrise over the sea in this villa. Villa Sa Rota Luxury is located on a hillside where some of the best views of the Ibizan sea await you. Something you can see in very few villas on the island is the sun burning on the sea first thing in the morning.

It is a recently constructed house featuring 250m2 of space built with superior materials and decorated so as well. It was designed in the Modern-Ibizan style with a beautiful exteriors and a fantastic garden around a lavish blue swimming pool. An integrated Jacuzzi is built
right into the pool with the sea right in front of you.


The villa spans two floors. On the lower floor is an independent apartment with one bedroom, an open kitchen and salon and a full bathroom. Just outside are a patio-terrace, the back garden, the pool, the outside dining area, a barbecue pit and a lavatory. On the upper floor is another apartment with a living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with hi quality kitchenware, a lavatory and three double bedrooms all en-suite with full bathrooms. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi.

This luxury villa is located in a quiet upper-class neighbourhood of other villas. It is only five minutes from the famous beach Playa de Cala Salada. Ibiza town and the airport are 25 minutes away by car.

Amazing Ibiza Villa

Our time at this Ibiza villa was pure magic. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with luxury, relaxation, and absolute charm. It was an experience that will forever stay in our hearts. The villa was a tranquil paradise. Stylishly designed, it offered modern comforts and stunning Mediterranean views. The rooms were elegant and cozy, and every detail was carefully considered. But the real gem was the outdoor space. The terrace was a green haven, and the infinity pool was irresistible. We spent hours lounging on comfortable sunbeds, enjoying the breathtaking vistas and gentle sea breeze. The location was perfect - private yet close to Ibiza's vibrant atmosphere. We could easily explore the island's nightlife and discover its hidden coves and pristine beaches. If you're looking for an unforgettable vacation in Ibiza, this villa is a slice of paradise that should not be missed.

Tolle Finca mit traumhaften Ausblick

Die Finca hat eine super Lage mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Außenanlage und die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin und Agentur sind sehr zuvorkommend und helfen bei allen Anliegen. Leider ist die Finca ein wenig minimalistisch ausgestattet, so dass es nur einen Satz Handtücher je Person und gerade so ausreichend Geschirr etc für 9 Personen gab.

Beautiful villa, stunning view and very quiet

We loved our a stay at this beautiful and spacious vila. Nice living room and kitchen and four bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The terras has beautiful see views and a gorgeous sun down. The pool is fine to cool down.
