In a privileged and quiet location a few meters from the city center and the beach. The complex has a swimming pool and parking. Its unbeatable location, just 5 minutes from Bajoguía beach, allows us to enjoy the warm atmosphere and the wonderful gastronomy of Sanlúcar. Ideal for families and groups of friends.



Check-in:
Our check-in process is personal, with regular opening hours from 15:00h to 21:00h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance in order to set the most convenient time for you.

Check out is until 11:00h, but late check out can be requested, subject to availability.

Outside the established times we have the following rates:Late Check in : arrival after 21:00h implements a cost of 30€ until 23.00, then 10€ will be added for each additional hour.Late check out (departure after 11.00) and early check in (arrival before 15.00) will incur an extra cost which you can consult with us.The flat has a tourist license.

Todo muy limipio, muy nuevo y totalmente equipado. Plaza de garage privada, zona de aparcamiento en la calle. Al lado hay un bar para poder bajar a desayunar. No tienes que mover el coche para moverte. Al lado de bajo de guía y unos 10-15 minutos al centro. Zona tranquila y edificio también. Comunicación perfecta con los dueños, y contacto en cualquier momento por si hay alguna duda. Perfecto
