This beautiful apartment located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda welcomes 4+2 people.
There will be no better way to start the day than having breakfast while contemplating the fantastic views of the Guadalquivir river, the Doñana reserve and the beach offered by the two terraces that are part of the apartment. In them you will find sun loungers where you can relax while tanning, a barbecue and a large table where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The bright interior of the flat is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with A/C, has radiators and Smart TV and is also open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, both with radiators. The first has a double bed, while the second is equipped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Up to two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There is a separate bathroom with bathtub in the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of Sanlucar de Barrameda, a coastal town in Cadiz famous for its proximity to the Doñana National Park, which we encourage you to visit and whose views you can enjoy from the terraces of the apartment. The area has all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. In addition, a few kilometers away is the center of Sanlúcar, where you can enjoy numerous stores, wineries and bars where you can have some tapas. Less than 100 m from your accommodation is Bonanza Beach, a golden sandy beach with calm waters located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, where you can also find the salt marshes and wetlands of the Doñana Environmental Protection Area.

Guten Tag, Homerti Team, es ist erstaunlich wie Sie eine Auswertung aller Unterlagen innerhalb von 25 Minuten erledigen können. Allein, dass die FeWO nicht gereinigt war, keinerlei Informationen vorlagen - Wo?Was? - irgendwie als Einweisung verstehen könnte. Wir haben die FeWo selbst gereinigt, da Ihre Reinigungskraft erst 1 Tag nach Anreise erschien. Ihre Reinigungskraft hat lediglich die Küche geputzt. Erst ein Mitarbeiter (?) erschien am 8.Januar und begutachtete unsere Mängelanzeige. Er machte Fotos. Allein aus diesen Gründen wäre schon eine Erstattung ihrerseits uns anzubieten. Die Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel wurden Ihnen schriftlich mit Fotos mitgeteilt, Ihre Antwort war eine Erstattung erst nach Beendigung des Aufenthaltes einzureichen. Was mich wundert ist, dass am gleichen Tag kurz nach meiner Nachricht an Sie, derselbe Mitarbeiter (?) erschien, den Abfluss der Terrasse freigelegt hat, sich die Schäden in dem 2. Schlafzimmer begutachtete und hiervon ebenfalls Fotos machte. Dabei äußerte er, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht nutzbar sei. Daher verstehe ich nicht, wie Sie zu dem Schluss kommen, es wäre alles geregelt und aufgeklärt. Nach wie vor erwarte ich eine Mängel Erstattung, wie es sich unter seriösen Vertragspartner gehört. Anscheinend haben Sie damit ein Problem, eine seriöse Firma zu sein. Ich erwarte eine angemessene Mängel Erstattung, aus meiner Sicht und juristischer Unterstützung, dass eine Erstattung in Höhe von 20% (von 6.440,-€, ergibt 1.288,- €) meh
