Kings Crown Update: This condo is ready for rentals as all items & amenities INSIDE the unit have been restored and/or replaced. OUTSIDE construction & potential noise associated with work to the Kings Crown complex and surrounding units may be on-going through 2025. Certain building amenities such as the elevators, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, complex landscaping, etc may not be ready and/or functioning properly for guest use. Pool and tennis court completion is estimated to be September 2025 timeframe without any guarantee. Updates will be provided when available. Discounted weekly rates are reflected in the current pricing.
Welcome to Kings Crown 118! A fantastic 3 bedroom Gulf-front corner unit, steps from the best shelling in the world!
(Saturday to Saturday; HIGH Season: 2-week minimum November 15 to April 30; LOW Season: 1-week minimum May 1- November 15)
This is a beautiful, completely restored 3 bedroom 2 bath, direct Gulf Front, corner unit with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 1st living level (2nd Floor) with elevator service if needed (to be operational September 1 or sooner). A very spacious unit with fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer and WiFi. The lanai area has been glassed in for additional air conditioned space but the slider can be opened to let the outside in (after repair of the railing and screen by the condo association). The master bedroom has a King bed with private bath (walk in shower). Second guest bedroom has a King bed and the 3rd guest bedroom has 2 Twins with a shared bathroom with tub. All of this is complemented by a covered reserved parking space in the impeccably maintained 54-unit complex called Kings Crown. This is a great location on the island with easy access to the beautiful beach.
Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, in suite washer & dryer, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
14 night minimum rental period is required in peak season (mid-November - April). 7 night minimum stays available during low season (May - mid-November). This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Beautiful condo on the beach!
Just renovated and absolutely beautiful! We have stayed in King’s Crown every year for over 15 years; however haven’t been back since the hurricane. While King’s Crown and the island are still recovering, everything about our trip, including the condo, were perfect.

Everything about this condo was perfect. Clean, beautiful and well maintained. Be prepared for ongoing recovery work from Ian on the island, but it will not keep you from having a great vacation. We will be back to this property.

Relaxing vacation with an amazing view
My husband and I spent an amazing 2 weeks at this condo. We knew Sanibel wasn’t going to be the same after the hurricane but we still wanted to come to our favorite Florida spot, Sanibel Island. The condo was just as it was pictured. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need. The view looking out at the ocean everyday and seeing the sunset was breath taking. The beach supplies in the closet were helpful since the pool was under construction. If you like a spacious and beautifully decorated condo right on the beach this condo is for you.
