Island Beach Club P4B is a vacation rental condo on Sanibel Island. Managed by Select Vacation Properties~ The location is ideal and the condominium is light and airy with a tropical feel. This lovely Island Beach Club unit is on the top floor and easily accessed by an elevator. No need to bring beach towels, beach chairs, or beach toys as they are generously provided by the owner. For the junior set, there are 2 pack and plays and 2 high chairs available so even the youngsters in the family are accommodated. The complex offers beautifully maintained tropical landscaping, pool, shuffleboard, and a grill.

This unit is also equipped with the latest key-less entry "smart-lock" technology! This new key-less smart lock feature will offer the option (upon request) to proceed directly to the property without the need to check-in out our office. With this new smart key-less entry system, your Sanibel Island vacation rental is more secure and offers other significant benefits like:

The option to check-in & outright at the lock.

Wonderful l!

Our family has been coming to Sanibel for over 10 years. We love IBC and will certainly come again! The only change I would make are room darkening curtains for the bedrooms. Other than that...perfect!
