This cozy second floor condo is perfect for a group of four. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV, a dining room, and a screened in balcony for you to sit and relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine. Free Wifi is includes.

Master bedroom has a King size bed and guest room has two twin beds where both bedrooms have flat screen TVs as well. The pool is only a few steps away. The property office is located next to the pool where you will find a laundry room (the use of washer and dryer on property is free), and be able to borrow shuffling board and tennis equipment to use at the courts on property.

Seashells of Sanibel Unit 28 comes with beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach wagon for you to enjoy the beach that is simply within a short walking distance.
