Beautiful vacation home with panoramic view and nice veranda with built-in table and barbecue where you can cook, eat outside and spend pleasant moments of relaxation, perhaps accompanied by a good book. San Vito Lo Capo is famous for its crystal clear waters, for the couscous festival and for the Zingaro nature reserve, it is also one of the largest climbing areas in southern Italy. The great walls of Monte Monaco and Monte Cofano have always attracted climbers from all over Europe, thanks to the beautiful cliffs equipped for sport climbing. Dirt access in good condition (about 700m).

Die Unterkunft war für mich die Hölle.Es war dreckig, die Matratzen waren versyfft mit Urin und Blutflecken. Selber die Bettwäsche die wir bekommen haben , waren nicht sauber gewaschen. Das Haus selber war schön. Die Lage war auch ok. Schöner Meerblick. Ich könnte noch so viel negatives schreiben, das würde aber alles sprengen. Kurz um , ich musste erst Mal zwei Tage putzen und Bettwäsche waschen, daß man sich ein wenig wohl fühlen konnte.Würde die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen

Specchio per le allodole

La casa è magnificamente ubicata ma le foto sono ingannevoli: le due camere sono piccole e soffocanti con due piccole finestrine in alto dovute allo scannafosso posteriore; l’abitazione era discretamente sporca sia dentro che fuori (ho documentazione fotografica del divano sporco di terra e dei mobili impolverati oltrechè del vetri, i quali sembravano non essere MAI stati puliti) suppellettili dismesse sparse per il giardino; mancava del tutto il necessario per pulire, le stoviglie ridotte all’osso o in cattivo stato (forbici arrugginite) non c’era traccia dei due lettini solari che compaiono nelle vostre belle foto.... inoltre due giorni dopo il nostro arrivo siamo rimasti senz’acqua e abbiamo dovuto aspettare per ore la cisterna per il rifornimento. Decisamente una cattiva gestione per un immobile indubbiamente piacevole ma proposto ad un prezzo esorbitante rispetto alle sue reali condizioni.

Soggiorno a San Vito lo Capo

La proprietà affittata si trova in zona tranquilla direzione Riserva dello Zingaro. Bella posizione e con spazi decisamente superiori alla media della zona. Peccato la poca cura riservata all’immobile (vedasi accesso carrale, unico sistema di chiusura della proprietà una catena con lucchetto su una delle inferriate alle finestre che rendeva rischiosa ogni apertura e chiusura del cancello, oltreche rischiosa tale misura in quanto ci si trovava totalmente sbarrati in casa con una catena, cosa estremamente pericolosa in caso di imprevisti. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato molti pezzi di vetro sparsi a terra di una lastra rotta giorni prima. con enormi rischi per noi ed i nostri figli). All’accoglienza inoltre non siamo stati informati che l’acqua era gestita con autobotte, perciò quando dopo un paio di giorni siamo rimasti senza, abbiamo atteso l’intera giornata a chiedere spiegazioni all’agenzia, in quanto ritenevamo che mancasse in tutta la zona. Invece bastava contattare l’agenzia stessa che avrebbe velocemente mandato un fornitore d’acqua. Peccato per questi aspetti perché la zona e l’immobile riservano certamente momenti molto piacevoli ed unici.
