Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in San Teodoro und nachdem die Ferienwohnung von vor 2 Jahren unverhältnismäßig teuer geworden ist, haben wir uns für die Wohnung von Salvatore entschieden. Bequeme Betten, Klima in jedem Zimmer und eine perfekte Terrasse. Der Kontakt zu Salvatore war unkompliziert, ihn haben wir nicht gesehen. Alessia, welche uns den Schlüssel gelegt hatte, war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kontakt per WhatsApp und ihrem deutschsprachigen Bekannten Diego. Alles lief reibungslos. Fußläufig ist man in 8 Minuten am Beginn des Zentrums/Nachtmarkt/Supermarkt und unserem Lieblingsrestaurant La Mesenda. Rundum war es ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Grazie!

Ottima posizione!

La casa è esattamente così come la si trova in foto: niente di più, niente di meno. La comunicazione con Salvatore è stata ottima. In casa non erano presenti alcuni servizi previsti dalla struttura e Salvatore è stato tempestivo nel rimediare subito (preciso: problemi con i vecchi ospiti). Ad accoglierci è stata un’altra persona che, però, non è stata così gentile come Salvatore. La stessa cosa le signore delle pulizie che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo (anticipato). L’unica cosa che ci è stata detta, è stata della raccolta differenziata (visto che i precedenti ospiti non l’avevano fatta e hanno lasciato per più giorni la spazzatura nel nostro giardino). La casa è in una buona posizione. Il parcheggio sicuramente da un punto in più, visto che ad agosto è impossibile parcheggiare a San Teodoro. Unica pecca è il vicinato: se avete sfortuna, come noi, sentirete molto bene i vostri vicini di casa. Tutto sommato, è stata una piacevole esperienza.

Das Objekt ist der Beschreibung entsprechend eingerichtet gewesen. Zunächst war kein WLAN vorhanden. Dies wurde durch den Inhaber nach einer Woche geändert. Qualitativ ist Luft nach oben. Es könnten die Außenmöbel besser sein. Plastikstühle ohne Stuhlkissen sind nicht so toll. Es mangelt auch etwas an Gläsern. Töpfe und Geschirr waren ok, aber das Besteck hat bessere Zeiten gesehen. Insgesamt würden wir es aufgrund des Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und der Lage wieder buchen.

Soggiorno ottimo, l'alloggio è in una posizione strategica , si raggiungono le principali spiagge in breve tempo e anche il centro è raggiungibile a piedi, pur rimanendo in una zona molto tranquilla. Anche i miei cani hanno apprezzato molto i due giardini!😊

Alles in allem top!

Das Häuschen war sehr schön mit toller, überdachter Terrasse. Die Lage war super, man ist direkt in der Stadt, wo jeden Abend etwas los war. Zum Strand sind es ca. 20 min zu Fuß, mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an einem der umliegenden Strände, von denen La Cinta der schönste ist. Wirklich traumhaft. Es war alles vorhanden, besonders schön war der Außengrill. Pfannen und Besteck sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist zu verschmerzen. Insgesamt hatten wir tolle Tage in San Teodoro und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sweet little house in a central location in San Teodoro, helpful owners!

We spent 10 great days at this house in San Teodoro, which is 5 minutes away from the inner city. All important locations are reachable by feet. The kitchen and bedrooms are well equipped, there is enough space for 4 people and the rooms are really beautiful and tall. There's a big terrace with a bbq in the little garden and enough parking space. Alessia was very helpful in the beginning, when we didn't find the location, after this she kept mostly in the background. We will hopefully come again <3

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit netten Vermieter

Wir haben 2 Wochen zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und wir haben diese Zeit sehr genießen können. Bereits die Buchung mit Salvatore war unkompliziert. Bei der Ankunft empfing uns Alessia, eine sehr nette und sympathische Frau. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung an für sich hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sogar neu, was uns positiv überraschte. Die Zimmer sind recht groß gehalten. Die Terrasse bietet Platz für 6 Personen und hat einen Grill. Es gibt auch einen privaten Parkplatz mit Tor zum verschließen. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt hier (wovon auch schon vorher Gäste geschrieben haben): das Besteck ist nicht mehr das Neueste. Aber man kann damit trotzdem noch essen. Und es waren keinerlei Dinge mehr von Vormietern vorhanden, z. B. Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Reis, Nudeln etc. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft so gut gelegen, dass es weder viel Verkehr gibt, noch sehr laut ist. Zum Strand könnte man auch zu Fuß kommen, wir haben jedoch das Auto genutzt. An dieser Stelle noch ein kleiner Hinweis: die Parkgebühren an den Stränden liegen zwischen 1-2€ pro Stunde. Die Insel an für sich ist sehr schön. Auf der einen Seite herrliche Landschaft, aber auch wieder wundervolle Strände. Ein Wiedersehen wird es definitiv geben. Danke an Salvatore und Alessia. Alles Gute.

Hübsches Haus mit kleineren Abstrichen

Das Beste an dem Haus ist eindeutig die Lage: es liegt in einer stillen, attraktiven Wohngegend und ist doch sehr nah (10 min) am Dorfzentrum mit Supermärkten, Cafés, Restaurants etc. Dem Haus direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Spielplatz mit Schaukel, Rutschen, Wippen usw., der für unseren älteren Sohn ein absolutes Highlight war. Das Haus selbst ist geschmackvoll gebaut und in einer Art "Bauernstil" hübsch eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überdachte Veranda mit kleinem Grünstreifen - dadurch kann man eigentlich immer draußen "im Grünen" sitzen, egal ob die Sonne brennt oder es regnet. Die "kleineren Abstriche" haben wir verschmerzen können und sind weitgehend vermeidbar, wenn man sie kennt: Für unseren kleinen Sohn im Krabbelalter mussten wir dauernd auf der Hut sein, denn es gibt viele Dinge, die nicht ideal für ein Baby sind - nicht ganz abgedeckte Steckdose, wacklige Standventilatoren, Gardinchen, Zierdecken, niedriger Fernseher, zugänglicher Müll, Verdampfer mit Mückenschutzmittel usw. Das Besteck ist einfach Schrott - wer mal z.B. ein Steak essen möchte, nimmt sich besser sein eigenes mit, ansonsten teilt man sich das einzige halbwegs scharfe Messer und muss halt die Gabeln und Buttermesser immer mal wieder zurechtbiegen. Und man sollte tunlichst den Hinweis, dass man Bettwäsche leihen könne, nicht übersehen (wie wir) - Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen und wurden uns dann für 2 Wochen für den stolzen Preis von 60€ angeboten (20 € für die Bettwäsche/40 € für Handtücher). Also besser klären oder selber mitbringen. Ein Babybett gibt es zwar vor Ort (leicht defekt), aber ein Laken hierfür gab es nicht, auch nicht, wenn man die Bettwäsche mietet (unbedingt selber mitbringen!). Kleines Manko bei unserem Aufenthalt: Der Durchlauferhitzer hat bei dem durch Trockenheit niedrigen Wasserdruck offenbar den Geist aufgegeben und wir hatten 2 Tage kein heißes Wasser - nicht schön mit Kindern, aber die Besitzer haben sich freundlich bemüht, Abhilfe zu schaffen und dann hat es auch für den Rest geklappt. Wenn man das alles weiß und sich entsprechend vorbereitet, hat man sicherlich ein schönes Domizil in guter Lage zu einem (bei uns) fairen Preis, insbesondere auch für Familien mit Kindern ab ca. 2 Jahren.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro.

Ottimo posizione a pochi passi dal centro con posto macchina all interno della proprietà. Adatta sia a gruppi di amici che a famiglie con bambini, spaziosa e con barbecue e doccia esterna. Come da descrizione e vicinissima a tutte le comodità che la zona offre ma senza pregiudicare il riposo nelle ore notturne per via della sua posizione strategica. Consigliatissima, dovesse capitare ritornerò sicuramente.

Ottima posizione per potersi muovere in centro senza macchina , comoda per visitare tutte le spiagge

Casa identica alle foto pubblicate ,comoda da vivere,un bel patio per mangiare fuori di sera ,tutto funzionante, lavatrice in bagno ,barbecue in giardino ,volendo anche una doccia esterna.si e fulminata una lampadina in giardino e il giorno stesso sono intervenuti per cambiarla.unica pecca andrebbe organizzato meglio il discorso raccolta differenziata (ci vorrebbe qualche contenitore in più per plastica vetro e carta).in zona ci sono supermercati negozi bar .nel complesso comunque un buon soggiorno.

casetta molto carina spaziosa e vicina al centro

Abbiamo soggiornato io e 4 amici per una settimana, casetta davvero accogliente spaziosa e pulita. Munita di tutto sia in bagno che in cucina; anche la griglia in giardino. Parcheggio privato davanti e vicinissima dal centro di San Teodoro che dista 5 minuti a piedi.ù Proprietario e Sig.ra Alessia che gestisce la casa gentilissimi. Voto A +++++++++++
