Lovely private studio with breathtaking seaviews in Miraconcha street, the most distinguished and luxurious street in San Sebastian. Newly renovated and refurbished, it offers air conditioning. Right in front of La Concha beach, fantastic views of the sea and beach from the apartment, as you can see in our front picture, which is taken from our balcony.

Our studio is exactly what you see on the pictures, a unique space of 21 m², which includes a private bathroom with a washer and dryer.

In case you come by car and need parking, we have a private parking garage that we usually rent out for a price that varies depending on the month of the year. In case you're interested please let me know when booking the apartment, since the garage needs to be booked in advanced. The parking option is subject to availability.

A cozy space with an amazing view

We had a wonderful time in San Sebastián, thanks to our gracious host Iñigo who made us feel welcome even before we got there. Communication with him was prompt, detailed and concise, and we had everything needed to navigate to the apartment and the private garage after a very long day driving from Santiago de Compostela. Grateful for the efficient elevator that lifted us to the 2nd floor apartment and big smiles at the breathtaking view of La Concha looking east. The studio was perfect since we spent most of our time with the French doors open or out exploring. The kitchen is just right with everything we needed. The washer/dryer are small and efficient, and we allowed for ample time on hangers and rack. The location is perfect, and we walked everywhere. Close to the excitement, but far enough away from the busy areas and noisy traffic. We had a fantastic œnogastronomic time in Donostia-San Sebastián, and hope to return with friends and family.
