Amazing location in a privileged area in the center of San Sebastián, in the Gros neighborhood, and, at the same time, peaceful, on the banks of the Urumea river, right in front of the María Cristina Hotel, 400 m from La Concha beach and 100 m from the Zurriola beach, the Congress Palace Kursaal, the Cantabric Sea and very close to the "Parte Vieja" (Old Town) and the "pintxos" areas with bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the excellent gastronomy of this city. In a quiet area where you can enjoy pleasant walks along the river Urumea, the Zurriola beach, the nearby commercial streets and the beautiful residential streets all over this quarter and the rest of the city.
