El servicio por parte del staff que atiende en restaurantes y bares es TERRIBLE. Si no eres canadiense o estadounidense te van a atender mal porque suponen que no dejaras propina para todo. Por parte del staff del front desk y hosts de los restaurantes, super bien la atencion. El cuarto bastante bien, las piscinas y la playa super! La comida muy buena. No vayan al sushi bar porque el sushi es horrible. Los demas restaurantes muy buenos. En general nuestra estadia estuvo bien, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. No recomendaria.

Resort staff and grounds are beautiful. Secrets is sister to Dreams and in comparing the two; I’d select Dreams over Secrets. Luckily we were able to gain access to Dreams amenities. Their restaurants were better and overall Dreams had more to offer.

The property is attractive but dated, with decent amenities. It is not five star and feels closer to a 3.5 star experience. We booked a preferred swim out room, which we would not recommend unless you are happy spending most of the day in shade. The value of the preferred upgrade was limited. Preferred access was not checked at the pool, drink service was inconsistent, and cocktails were similar across all areas. Access to Mare for lunch was not a benefit, as it served the weakest food on the property. The preferred lounge, however, was excellent, largely thanks to Junior and Wander, who provided outstanding service and cocktails. Dress code enforcement was inconsistent. I was refused service at the coffee bar for wearing a crop top and shorts, despite seeing other guests dressed more casually in both restaurants and preferred areas on multiple occasions. This was uncomfortable and poorly handled. Food quality overall was mixed. Noor offered good service and Sakura was decent, with staff often compensating for the food. Housekeeping staff were consistently friendly and professional. The beach is very small with limited walkability due to rocks and debris, though the sunsets and water are beautiful. Overall, this was our weakest accommodation across eleven properties during a month long trip, improved only by the service in the preferred lounge.

The staff was genuinely hospitable! Very friendly & welcoming. The communal areas and room were clean and easy to navigate through resort. We tried a few of the restaurants and all were delicious, fast and great service. I will def be back to Secrets!

Hotel property is beautiful- beach is beautiful the rest is ok- not worth the price even if you are a preferred guest and honestly not real sure of the actual benefits- cold oily spring rolls? - there are better options - and don’t book an uber and if you do- please advise the concierge to ensure they can clear the gate to access the property- no one’s tells customers this information- we had to wait for 4 Ubers to access the property- good and bad I get it but being informed is the point.

Clean rooms! Housekeeping in all areas did a fantastic job! Some staff went above and beyond and others lacked basic customer service skills. Scores- the sports bar we were looking forward to, the entire staff was rude and would rather play games then wait on customers. Jose, Diorka, and Benny were absolutely fabulous! The food selection ions are the same everyday every rmal- so depending on the length of stay the options are limited.

Small number of shade umbrellas at the non-preferred beach area creates a big problem for the customers Needs to be addressed by the hotel administration as soon as possible in order to avoid health issues
