Outstanding Stay

The beach and pool were amazing. Secluded stay but close enough for a cart ride to town. The caretakers were amazing, we had a lot of laughs with them and any issue that came up they were there to help. We had 6 couples rent the entire property, there was plenty of room for 2 more couples leaving two extra beds for others. I would recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks Paul and family, you made our stay extra special.

We had a wonderful trip and this property was amazing. We rented the entire property-3 condos which easily worked for our 17 adult guests. We used the pool, grill, the hammocks, the long dock for fishing, etcThe caretakers of the property were so helpful and very friendly. They helped make sure we enjoyed our stay and with anything we needed. The property manager helped coordinate our transfers to/from airport and golf carts. She answered our questions and communicated extremely well throughout our reservation and stay. This was our 2nd trip to the island and would recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay at this San Pedro rental with our group of seven! The home was exactly as listed—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It comfortably accommodated all of us, and the layout made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was ideal: close enough to town for shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and private. We especially loved relaxing by the pool after our daily adventures. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and provided great local tips. Best of all, we had zero issues during our stay. We highly recommend this property to any group looking for a smooth, relaxing Belize getaway!

The villa was amazing. The pool was a welcome treat after spending the day in the Caribbean sun, as were the air conditioned rooms. Having a dock was great for getting picked up to go scuba diving. The villa was a bit far from San Pedro with the road conditions and speed of the golf carts, but the trip was full of amazing sites. Espinoza was amazing. He hung up hammocks, kept an eye on us to make sure we were safe, helped us with a problem golf cart, collected whole coconuts for us to open and enjoy etc.
