Not so chill at Chiloe

I arrived and they couldn't find my booking, but they had availability. So they wanted to charge me double the agreed rate ! I showed them the booking and the rate, then they quickly changed their mind and charged me the contractual price. My room was terribly placed, as my window was on the bar/restaurant so it was super noisy. Breakfast was very poor!

Caro para lo que ofrece

Mi experiencia fue mala. Pagué baño privado pero tuve que bañarme en el común, pues jamás salió agua caliente. Lo reporté y dijeron que tardaba en salir en esa cuarto y sugirieron que dejara abierta la llave (algo risible si toman en cuenta que el agua escasea en la localidad). El desayuno que incluyen está disponible después de las 7:40 am, todos los tours salen a las 7:00 am, es como sino te incluyeran el desayuno. El wifi no agarra en el cuarto, hay que salir a la recepción o al estacionamiento. Lo peor de mi estancia fue que al hacer el check out pregunté si aún había algo que pagar, el recepcionista dijo que no. A mi regreso de Uyuni me tope con una serie de mails amenazantes diciendo que me había ido sin pagar y me reportarían a expedia. De inmediato fui a pagar, me había quedado 2 noches, querían cobrarme 4; después de la aclaración les pedí un mail corroborando que había liquidado la deuda y el dueño se puso todo hostil y grosero, finalmente me envió el correo y me dijo que la persona que hizo el check out no era recepcionista, como le dije, NO tengo la obligación de saber quién es quién en su hostal. Evítense la mala experiencia, no lo vale.

Boa opção

Trata-se de um hostel que tambem possue quartos com banheiros privativos. A localização é ótima. Próximo a tudo, bem no centro de San Pedro. O quarto privativo é excelente. Tudo simples, porém bem funcional. Estive no inverno e me forneceram um aquecedor, pois o frio é intenso. Chuveiro com água quente, tudo bem confortavel. Café da manhã satisfatório. Na frente do hostel funciona um restaurante com preços justos e uma comida ótima. Pra quem procura um local simples e funcional é uma ótima opção.

O Hostel atende ao que se propõe: com ótima localização e custo relativamente mais baixo quando comparado aos Hotéis da região - que abriga alguns Hotéis de luxo com diárias que ultrapassam facilmente os BRL 1,000,00. Porém, considerando que voce estará em San Pedro de Atacama, e por conta disso a última coisa que fará será passar o dia no quarto do Hostel, consideramos um ótimo custo x benefício. Ficamos em um quarto com banheiro privativo e pagamos um pouco a mais por isso, mas valeu muito a pena.

Muy regular Las personas a cargo no tenían idea de nada porque no eran del lugar.Los dos días que estuvimos hizo muuucho frío y ni siquiera había una estufita eléctrica para ambientar la habitación.Carísimo para lo que ofrecen.Pagamos menos dos días después en Rancagua en un hotel de primera!!!!!!
