This spacious bungalow situated just 20 metres from the sea in a very quiet neighbourhood, with a HEATED SEA WATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 metre HOT WATER RELAX SWIMMING POOL, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. Just 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants.



The house is located in a privileged area of the island, close to golf courses and directly on the promenade, from which you can access virgin bathing areas. One of the main features of the house is the equipment, highlighting elements such as the high quality beds, the barbecue or the Smart TVs with internet access and Netflix.



The residential complex has two seawater swimming pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by a huge lawned garden. The adult swimming pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12-metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.



The master bedroom has a 2-metre wide double bed and in the second bedroom you can choose between two single beds of 100x200 or a double bed of 200x200. There is also an armchair bed in the bedroom for extra persons, making the flat suitable for families of up to 5 people or groups of friends. For babies, we have a cot and high chair (babies do not count as an extra person).

The master bedroom has a fantastic private terrace with sun loungers.



The house has two complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other, en suite in the master bedroom, with bathtub.



The living room is equipped with a large corner sofa, the kitchen is functional and fully equipped.



In addition to the front terrace with outdoor furniture and the garden, the house has a roof terrace from which there are magnificent views of the sea and the bay. The terrace is furnished and has a dining table and chairs for 6 people, as well as a gas barbecue.



To sum up, a house with spacious green areas and one of the best swimming pools you can find on the island (almost all year round with very few users).
