The location at the beach and the ocean view were the only acceptable things, as unit had ants and roaches, and was dirty on arrival. The entire physical plant of the building was old and tired. Windows in the living room could not be closed as the crank was rusted off the hinges.A definite problem in a tropical rainstorm requiring guests to move furniture and spend time mopping the floors, while on their vacation. The roller shade over the balcony door was found in a corner and completely useless. It had fallen completelyoff the wall. The pool and hot tub weren't able to be used, but it stated they were part of the listing. We were told about the hot tub a short time before our arrival, which was too late to change our accommodations and we had spent days planning and reserving activities with family and friends in this particular area. The linens provided were two bath towels, two hand towels, and 2 facecloths for 2 adults for 7 days. My first time booking a VRBO and the disappointment was off the charts.
