Relaxing time for family

Our mother grew up in Puerto Rico and she has not been back since the hurricane. We wanted to have a relaxing trip where she could see friends and family and we would have enough space for all of us to just send family time together. There were 11 of us total and we had plenty of room. We loved listening to the birds and coquis at night and loved how quiet it was in the area versus Condado or Isla Verde. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and we were steps from the beach so we could walk down to watch the sunrise. My niece is in a wheelchair and the house was accessible on the first level. We even rented a shower chair and a beach wheelchair that the house manager Carlos helped us to coordinate. Rico Pan was 5 minutes away for the best breakfast sandwiches and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby. This was a great find and we would absolutely come back the next time we are in PR. Thanks for your hospitality and sharing your home with us!

The house was very spacious. Lots of areas to spread out and with 10 of us perfect in that way. The pool lovely and was cleaned at least once while we were there. The bedrooms spacious and comfortable.I would not say the house is brand new, but new enough. The beach was a 2 min walk, but a little disappointing. Lots of debris on the beach, and a campground right next to us. The ocean was beautiful.. the managers were very responsive to questions we had and a couple small things needed and which were taken care of right away.The area is transitional I would say but very safe.We rented the 15 passenger van from the owner and that was convenient. It was waiting for us right outside baggage area at airport, and a drive back at the end of the week, which was really nice. Happy not to have to wait in line for a rental.PR is a beautiful country and we all enjoyed it very much. People are friendly and helpful everywhere we went

The Property Manager was fantastic. He was exactly what you wanted. The property could use a few upgrades. Sound carries, so if you are coming with kids, be aware that the sounds echo throughout the house - too much tile everywhere. I've made suggestions on adding nice plastic cups and plates, so that it can be easily be used by kids and adults while out by the pool. Overall, the place was okay. Unsure if there are nicer spots in PR, but be prepared to drive to go to other beaches and restaurants etc. The closest strip of resturants is 10-15 minutes away.

Family spring break

Set up well for large group. Access to beach is very good and beach is great for family. Easy access to El Yunque park. Several good restaurants and a good grocery store in easy range.

Perfect private location

This house was perfect for us for our first visit to PR. Close to the El Yunque rainforest and a 30-second walk to the beach, our nights were filled with no traffic noise, only the songs of the tree frogs coming from the nature preserve on one side and the waves lapping the beach on the other. The house suited our 11 adults perfectly with ensuite bathrooms in all of the bedrooms. The owner and property manager were both very responsive to questions or any needs that arose. We would definitely rent from them again and would definitely choose this house and location again.
