The entire hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was good size and family friendly with a kiddie pool in a separate area. Our room was immaculate. Fresh towels, soap, accessories restocked every day. Then entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very decent complimentary breakfast every day and we loved the happy hour. A nice perk to our stay.

The room was comfortable, but the staff was unhelpful when we arrived. They directed us to different doors, claiming someone would assist us at another door, but no one was there. I had to carry all my bags from the parking lot with my toddlers, which was extremely inconvenient. During our entire stay, the parking entry gate didn’t work with keys. I had to wait in 10-15 minutes to validate my parking ticket every time I left the parking lot, multiple times a day. The staff was aware of the problem but didn’t offer any solution. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was good.

Received +500$ claim about smoking inside room. Staff was not willing to discuss this onsite and demanded to make claim by email. Both guests were non-smokers and claim was based to online readinga from detectors.
