Our room and the hotel itself were very clean and well decorated. In addition to the relaxing nature of the lobby, the rooftop area, complete with hammocks and tables for lounging was a great experience. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very relaxing. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful roof, great location, though the rooms and the pool are small, as you'd expect from a boutique hotel done well. With the beach and restaurants nearby you won't be spending that much time in the room anyway.

Stayed in May 2026. Very clean, polite and helpful staff, conveniently located. Parking is free and right in front of the hotel, which was really great! Room was always cleaned when requested, we did not have any bugs or lizards in our room, always cleaned sheets and towels. The only thing is if you prefer to sleep in complete quiet, then this is probably not the place for you because the AC unit is in the room and loud.

This property is smaller and does not boast amenities such as an exercise room or large pool area. However, it is very well maintained and clean for the age and layout of the property, offers what a person would need for overnight accommodations while exploring San Juan, and the staff were super nice and helpful, and the property is overall in a convenient, central location and priced accordingly what it offers.

The poolside area was so inviting and it was very clean. the AC in our room and everywhere was very comfortable. The people at the front desk were so warm and welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. I love the rooftop; the hammock and the Buddha! This place is a real gem!

This small hotel is just a few blocks walk from the beach! It also has a small pool tucked away, and a lovely rooftop terrace. You can rent beach equipment from them too. There are local restaurants in this Ocean Park neighborhood, including Kasalta - our favorite! The staff were helpful. Comfortable bed, hot shower. The A/C was a little noisy, so we slept with the windows open, which worked great.

All in all I had a great stay. The staff accommodated my early check in and late departure requests. The pool is small but lovely. The rooftop is very nice. I liked the size of my room but the bed was very hard my balcony door did not lock. I was offered another room but smaller. Since the property is well fenced, I was not too concerned about my safety. The balcony left much to be desired. I always wipe down my room with my wipes and unfortunately I had to use many wipes when I arrived. The area is great for those seeking a trendy part of the island with others visiting.

The room was clean and the staff was fine. I liked that they had a bit of parking because some of the other places we looked at didn't. Also, there are a few restaurants just down the block. There was also a Walgreens & McDonalds a few blocks away. It was just a few blocks from the beach, so we walked there every day.
