Definitely a million dollar view! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the beach activities and listening to the waves. So relaxing. We had beach access using a fob and we found 3 beach chairs, a cooler, and beach toys on the balcony available to use. The large pool is warm along with a children's pool and plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a basketball court and basketballs to use. Inside, WiFi was great. 2 Smart TVs-one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. There was another fan that we used in the bedroom. The king bed was the best we've ever had! So comfortable. There were 4 beach towels in the dresser drawer. We didn't use the washer and dryer but I loved having that option. The bathroom looked newly remodeled and was very clean. There was a pitcher in the kitchen we used for refilling our water bottles. Tap water tasted fine and we didn't have to buy water bottles. All necessary cooking and serving equipment are in the kitchen along with paper towels, dish soap, sponge, foil, hand towels, and 2 lanterns in case of a power outage. We mostly walked everywhere. So many restaurants within 1/2 mile! There is a Walgreens across the street for basics and a Pueblo Supermarket 1/2 mile away. Communication with Beatrice was superb! She'll send everything you need to know about accessing the property and condo. I don't think you'll regret booking this place. It was a delight!
