The “Family Penthouse” is NOT a penthouse. You are renting 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and back patio are open and available to ALL other tenants in the building. Anyone can walk through those areas at anytime of the day or night. Thank goodness the ONE hot tub was not working so it limited the traffic through the “shared” space. I would NOT recommend renting this space at all. We had issues with the hot water for the shower. It’s heated by a very small “on demand water heater under the sink” and we went 3 days without it working. Then it worked okay for two days, out for another day and finally worked the last day. The host is very responsive and worked with us. Staff was friendly and polite. The area is quieter than staying near nightclubs but the overall facility is in poor condition and needs some work. Clean sheets, comfy beds and lots of towels. We would not stay here again and would have canceled after the first night but reservation was a no refund rental when reservation was made. That should’ve been a clue for us. Bottom line is this facility is struggling but trying to stay in business.

This is a beautiful stay. It accommodated us 6 comfortably. 4 people do have to share one room with two beds but it was fine if it’s a big friend group. Parking was a challenge but not impossible. I would book again!

We really enjoyed how near and orderly the entire apartment was. We had a wonderful stay that felt like home. The area was walkable and so close to a lot of fun places to go, so the location made it very convenient for us and our needs! The place itself was beautiful as well and had amenities that worked for us. We would definitely recommend this location to others who are looking to stay in the area!

This place was great for its location, the space itself is cozy and clean, however the street parking is terrible ! Getting in contact with this place was a nightmare, long hold wait times and getting “called back” but then never receiving a call back was very inconvenient. Overall this was a good spot, though, would not stay here again.

610atMiramar is a spacious, clean, and comfortable location (can only vouch for deluxe room. Parking may be challenging, however didn’t need to walk more than 1 block.

We stayed in the bottom suite. It was cute and had everything we needed. We felt safe. Parking was terrible. We had to always park around the block or drive around. There was a mix up about the shared spaces that we never used the balcony or little lounge pool because was awkward and people were sleeping. The breakfast was a mix up but the host did get back to us and offered a gift card. I would stay here again My girls loved the pink vibe. And close to coffee shops.

The good: The space was beautiful, and larger than I originally expected. When I walked in I was very pleasantly surprised and thrilled by the layout. The area was quiet, and walkable. The bad: They use codes for the door, and on my last night there someone who would be checking in after I left, was able to successfully use the exact same code and open the door. Luckily they were very kind, and we were all able to laugh about the mixup, but as a solo female traveler I cannot express how uncomfortable this made me the more it set in. Safety and security is not something that should be taken lightly, and this oversight was just too much to overlook. There was absolutely no reason for any other travelers to have the same code at the same time, and that responsibility is on the property managers. I did share this concern with them, but I do feel it’s my responsibility to share this with other female travelers.

The place itself was beautiful, with a great layout featuring two separate rooms and three beds—nice for our group. The highlight was the balcony, which made for a relaxing experience. However, we did have some issues during our stay. We encountered roaches near the bed and in the bathroom, which was concerning. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, and there was no hot water at all for the first two days, which made things a bit uncomfortable.
