Waited 5 minutes to get help at front desk to check in. Then Got directions to wrong room TV didn’t work. Called 3 times. Never fixed. I suspect one staff was the problem.
I stayed two days in January 2024. Traveled for business. My current experience did not meet my expectations. I felt like “the Marriott Family "moved out. I believe that future customers of this place should be aware of the following: This property is outdated Room fireplace is not working TV is not Smart Appliances are not working Had to wait for a hot shower more than 30 minutes No cleaning service Tried to reach a front desk first night, but no response. Breakfast was included in the price: 6:30am No hot oatmeal Out of orange juice Real plates Plastic utensils Fruits: apples only
Par for the price. Large well furnished rooms. $12 per day parking fee is an irritant. WiFi connection was just shy of unusable.

We only stayed here for a night. The hotel was closed to the wedding venue we were attending. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The night was very quite, which I loved. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. The only thing wrong was the location. It was a 12 mile drive to San Jose and at least an hour to San Francisco. I had a wonderful stay here and did not mind the drive.
